CRUISE WEST INTRODUCES E-BROCHURES
~Travel Agents will Benefit from the Convenience and Ease of Navigation ~
March 12, 2007
Cruise West, specializing in small ship voyages, has introduced e-brochures to the Cruise West agents and consumer websites. The brochures are identical to the hard copy versions providing details on itineraries, excursions, pricing and travel dates, but are now available to read online, email to clients, download and print. The travel agent is top-of-mind at Cruise West, and these new materials provide agents with better tools to sell.
“We strive to be a preferred partner to our travel agents. Making brochures and other marketing material available online is just one-way we help our travel agents be successful with Cruise West products,” said Melanie Cole, Vice President of Sales. “We have also recently introduced webinars on how to navigate our travel agent website, as well as product specific webinars to gain destination and product knowledge. These webinars are educational, informative and take less than one hour per session.”
The e-brochure tool is intuitive to navigate and provides the ease of emailing the e-brochure directly to a client, saving on mailing costs and time. Other features include searching the brochure by table of contents, page number, increasing or decreasing the page size, or viewing by single or double page. In addition, digital notes may be written directly in the e-brochure allowing the travel agent or consumer to make notes on individual pages of the e-brochure. The brochure can also be saved and bookmarked. To view e-brochures, visit www.cruisewestagents.com and click on e-brochures on the right side of the page or visit the consumer site, www.cruisewest.com, click on our cruises, destination and e-brochures.
Travel agents may also sign-up for webinars at www.cruisewestagents.com. Once the agent has signed up, there is an option to add a reminder directly to the individual’s outlook calendar – this feature just takes one-click.
