From September through November, our Spirit of Yorktown cruises out of San Francisco, to the Napa & Sonoma regions. The ship runs two alternating routes. On the 5 day, 4 night Vintner's Choice cruise, her route takes her up the Napa River and on the northern side of the San Francisco Bay to the wonderful community of Sausalito. I've been to Sausalito several times. I love the relaxed atmosphere, uncrowded streets and wonderful art galleries. I found this video online, which is a wonderfully sums up the feel of this charming town. My only regret was that I did not buy a painting for my girls from Connie Pecoraro, the artist featured in the film.
